Shipping and Returns
Shipping policy
Most orders are shipped within two business days. Free shipping is available on orders over $150. We cannot guarantee delivery time. To ensure that you receive your order when you need it, please plan accordingly. During the holidays, please place your order at least one week prior to ensure timely delivery.
Email Confirmation
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email informing you that your order has been completed. If you desire a tracking number, send us a message using our contact form or call 715-257-1023 between the hours of 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Returns
Returns are accepted on new unused merchandise. You must contact us within 30 days of delivery to initiate a return. To be eligible for a full refund, merchandise must be returned in original condition with all contents included. Original shipping fees will not be refunded, and return shipping will be paid by the customer, unless return is due to our error.
